1. What we collect

• Telegram: your Telegram ID and the messages you send us.
• Profile: age group, gender (optional), experience, what trading is for you, account size group. We never store your date of birth.
• Trading data: closed trades, open positions, balance, leverage, and currency of the connected account.
• Your rules: your settings such as risk limits and quiet hours.

2. About your password

We never store your Investor password, write it to logs, or pass it to the AI. It reaches our server over HTTPS, is passed once to our connection provider MetaApi (metaapi.cloud), and is then dropped from our systems. MetaApi keeps it encrypted so it can read your account; when you use /delete we also delete your account at MetaApi.

3. How we use your data

• To produce your trading statistics, alerts, and reviews.
• To improve the service.
• De-identified data: closed trades are stored without names or account numbers, under a salted hash, for research on trading behavior across all users.

4. Service providers

• MetaApi — view-only access to MT4/MT5 accounts.
• Supabase — database (Singapore).
• Fly.io — servers (Singapore).
• Anthropic — the AI coach (your password is never sent).
• Sentry — error reports (secrets are filtered out).
• Telegram — message delivery.

We do not sell your data for advertising and we take no commissions (affiliate/IB) from brokers.

5. Your rights

The /delete command permanently deletes your profile, trading history, rules, connected account, and de-identified data. You can change your settings any time with /rules.

6. People under 18

Kalman is not meant for people under 18. If you tell us you are under 18, we keep only that answer.
